Processing & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is confirmed, we source your item and arrange delivery directly to your door.

Delivery Times

Bulgaria: 7–10 business days
Europe (EU): 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Free delivery on orders over €800.
Orders under €800: €25 flat rate for Bulgaria, €49 flat rate for Europe.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Packaging

Every item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it immediately.
