We deliver across Europe. Every piece is made to order and carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.

Production & dispatch: Most items are made to order and ship within 3–5 weeks.
Delivery: Once dispatched, your order is delivered by a trusted courier. You'll receive tracking details by email.
Shipping costs: Free delivery on orders over €800. A flat shipping fee applies to smaller orders, shown at checkout.

Returns

We want you to love your furniture. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
Made-to-order items: Because each piece is produced specifically for you, please check measurements and details carefully before ordering. Returns on made-to-order items are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in original condition.

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right — repair, replacement, or refund.
