What materials are your tables made from?
Our dining tables feature ceramic, solid oak, or rustic oak tops paired with powder-coated steel or solid wood bases. Each product page lists the exact materials used.

Can I choose a different colour or finish?
Some of our pieces are available in multiple finishes. Please check the product page for available options or contact us at hello@metessohome.com.

Are your products in stock?
All our pieces are sourced on demand — when you place an order, we arrange production and delivery specifically for you. This ensures freshness and quality every time.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Bulgaria: 7–10 business days. Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
Free delivery on orders over €800. Orders under €800: €25 (Bulgaria) or €49 (Europe).

Do you ship outside Europe?
Currently we deliver within Europe only. For enquiries outside Europe, contact us at hello@metessohome.com.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes — once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Payments

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact us to initiate a return.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes — flexible installment options are available at checkout.

Do you offer discounts?
New customers receive €25 off their first order. Sign up to our mailing list to receive your discount code.
